I don't understand why though. He's a trainer, not a agent he's not with any teams. He makes his money by players from all over the world coming to him...he doesn't win or lose in this...

Well he wins if Tmac comes back strong, he adds another player to his list that he help get into shape...Grover has to know that if Tmac stays on the Rox there is chance we just sit his @$$ the rest of the year.

Tmac will have to pass a physical anyways, so we will see then.

I just saw the interview with Bucher on espnews...

He said the Knicks deal was unlikely to happen.. he said it seems like a deal the Rockets proposed.. heard one GM say if Donnie Walsh accepts the deal.. it would be Isiah Thomas-esq :)

Also mentioned the only deal that's on the table right now is TMac going to Washington for Antwan Jamison and Mike Miller.

He never mentioned about TMac not being able to play...

just remember, during the negotiations b/t walsh and morey, mcgrady's agent tellem was also involved. how often do you see that?

it's obvious tmac's party is highly involved in negotiations with whatever trade offers the rockets are getting.

He didn't look as good as some of us tought he would.

But he DIDN'T limp at all during those minutes.

Now I kinda remember that guy from ESPN and as I remember, most of his rumors are bullsh!t

Ok, so we don't trade T-Mac and we let him expire. Oh well, at least that means no bad contracts coming back. I liked the NY deal but not going that route isn't exactly a killer.

I just hope the team sticks by their word and doesn't buy him out.

If Tmac "injured" himself practicing I'm gonna be pissed. I can all but guarantee he is pulling another scam to get what he wants.

If he is, in fact, injured the Rockets better sit on him all season. It sounds like this punk is trying to get a buy-out so he can go be with his buddy Walsh in NY.

Can we watch it online or not?

Because if he never mentioned McGrady not being able to play, the guy who 'came up' with that rumor should be banned.

    Too much drama :)

I saw it as well and he said T-mac would NOT play this season.

Now he didn't use the word "physically" but he made it sound like he was UNABLE to play not UNWILLING to play.

That was the distinction I was trying to draw and I apologize for any confusion.

He made no mention of Tmac's ability to play or not.

It was his opinion that it was proposed by the Rockets.

Oh now TMac can't play!....oh that is a good one...is that official, objective stuff or another TMacism? That is absolutely crazy, if true.

That's another thing. THIS IS ALL SPECULATION...but from Tmac's standpoint...if the only team he wanted to be with was NYK. As it stands right now, Rockets could trade him several places. For Tmac he wants a buyout and if the Rockets can't trade him, they can only buy him out or sit on him.

I hope this isn't true, i'd lose the last ounce of respect for Tmac if he has anything to do with this.

I'm 100% sure he never mentioned anything about TMac not being able to play

    i think the mistake is:

he won't be able to play b/c there would be no buyout. if no trade happens, that's the most likely scenario. he would be exiled like he is now.
