ESPN really is a day late and a dollar short in most of their reports, huh? I can't believe they really charge for their "Insider" garbage that you can find in a simple Google news search.

Agreed. That tub of lard is a freaking disgrace. Reminds me of Thomas Hamilton.

I say hurry up and complete the trade then flip Jeffries + picks + cash for someone with a similar contract who fills our needs better aka Salmons, Jeff Foster, etc...

D'Antoni doubts he'll meet with T-Mac today. Knicks are holding shootaround at United Center. T-Mac skedded to fly here to train.

Studdog, how would he kill the teams flexibility when his contract ends after next season? Saying he's had 1 productive offensive season really tells alot about how much basketball you know or watch. Is he worth 10m a year? No. Is he a very good low block scorer? Yes.. The reports are the rockets may be willing to take on a contract with a extra yr on it and i've brought up the idea of taking curry's contract vs jeffries because of the higher trade value aspect of it. Jeffries is a bigger version of shane. I have always like jeffries from his days as a wizard, but adding him to this roster doesnt make sense to me.

Our desire to hurry and make trade # 2 (and maybe more) is contributing to New York's foot-dragging. They are slowing this deal to pressure us to sweeten the deal in order to get it done quickly.

seriously, you're a jackass. curry had one good season in '06-'07 where he played in almost every game, averagin 35 minutes and almost 20pts and 7rbs. In that year, Yao routinely blew by him and I watched him get beat by most decent centers. That year was especially poor for the center position in the NBA, as well as for the Knicks who went 33-49 with your excellent low post scorer.

as bima kindly pointed out, adding this tub of lard (and trust me, i've watched him since he was eating steaks to bulk up while in highschool, but you don't know nothing about that now do you rook?) would impede our ability to resign our own free agents as well as put us into lux tax land meaning we probably wouldn't sign anyone with our mle.

peace out. this is my last shot at splainin' the world to you lucy. have fun with your crazy shenanigan's.

Lee, but maybe adding Jeffries affords the rockets in finally moving your boy Battier.

Expect Chicago and Phoenix to be making offers too... Chron should have story soon.

This is according to Tommy Dee, a Knicks writer for SNY.

    Thanks for the article.

Morey is practically saying, here New York, I'll move all the pieces around for you to allow you take your best swing at a double-all-star acquisition offseason. I'm going to ride on the fact you suck and the cavs pull Amare, they win a championship and Bron stays put. And! when he does I'll be eating your lunch everyday until 2013.

Lets go New York, nut up and have some faith in yourself.

    awesome.

One or the other, emotions are going to up and down big time over the next few days. If Chicago and the Suns are now involved, then Walsh can forget about Houstons 1st round pick.

Amare, Barbosa, and Frye for TMac, Scola, and our Second rounder works....

Hell, throw in Dorsey, and get it done, Morey.

Rocks could also be part of a 3-way with Cleveland and Suns. Who knows.
