YES YES YES! The Rockets get 2 lottery draft pick, (2011 draft pick exchange)!!!! I knew the Rockets could get a draft pick to go with Jordan Hill! I didn't think we could get 2!!!!!!!

Um, T-Mac for Hill, Jeffries, and possibly 3 Knicks draft picks? Yes!

Those draft picks are only good if the Knicks fail to sign a big free agent in the winter.

Of course, if we stay under the cap (which it would seem we would be, slightly) despite this deal, we'd have good pieces to make a trade for a big FA via sign and trade.

Yea, but this means Scola and Lowry is gone next season lolz...

You dont think none of NY, Memphis, Miami and Chicago will offer more to them?

I actually don't mind this one... if this is the best we can do, I take it. The only thing is I wish we could have gotten more for him.

Yeah, But the Knicks are going to sign LeBron, D-Wade and/or Bosh... or some other players... so I don't think the pick is going to be a lottery pick with even just one of those players because teams can get into the playoffs with a .500 record.

The Rockets wanted to do a trade this summer for a star player anyway.

What might Landry+Jeffries+Battier with maybe the Knicks pick thrown in, get them?

We lose most of our new found cap space with Jeffries. DOes this mean resigning Harrington is the new big piece to go with Yao next year??

No kidding. Jeffries would expire next year along with Yao, and we get a 2012 1st rounder and the chance to move up in 2011? Sign me up.

I love the draft picks, too. But arent teams prohibited from trading their picks in back to back drafts?
