    This goes against everything the Rockets indicated they wanted. Nocioni and Udrih basicallly replaces Lowry and Scola for the next 2-3 years. Doubtful this has legs

    This can't be correct... something missing. Why would the Rockets take on Udrih and Nocioni ($13-$14+ million on the books for years) and the lone asset they get back is a protected #1?? Unless we're talking about the Kings #1 this year with like #1 pick (John Wall) protection only, I don't see this at all.

    do not want this trade; teams might be right, but pieces don't say Morey in any way, shape or form. I call further posturing to get NY to bite the bullet and give us unprotected picks. OR all of these trades are smoke screens, and Morey whips up something extra-nice.

    I kept reading through it trying to find Kevin Martins name and it just didnt happen. Without Martin, this just makes no sense.

    Yes, it is the exact opposite of what DM has been saying since December (Will just not make a trade over making a trade that doesnt make us better.)

    I think Woj is far off base on this one...

    I refuse to believe the Rockets would do this as a cap dump just to get a lottery pick. That's one incredibly expensive first rounder. I refuse to believe Morey lost all sense of value. Letting McGrady walk would be far more beneficial.
