The guy who made the video never said that all of the Nets' woes were caused by Rafer.

He was strictly pointing at the ineffectiveness of the pick-and-roll this season and arguing that Rafer was the primary culprit for that ineffectiveness with Devin Harris out of the lineup.

He seemed like an astute Nets fan that was able to identify one of the Nets' many problems this season.

That may be true. I have no idea.

Again, some Nets fan made that video to discuss the problems with a key component of their offense - the pick-and-roll.

In his opinion, Rafer was the primary culprit for it's ineffectiveness this season, at least until his minutes were reduced when Devin Harris returned to the lineup.

    Cavs don't want him:

http://twitter.com/PDCavsinsider-Yahoo! reports Rafer Alston has been bought out by Nets. But he's not coming to Cavs.

Heat it is!(or more than likely)

Chalmers and Alston have been playing the same number of minutes per game so far this year. Chalmers shoots a much higher percentage overall (44.5% vs. 34%), a higher percentage on 3's (34% vs. 32%) and turns the ball over less while getting the same number of assists.

If Wade thinks it's bad getting double teamed now and watching teammates brick open shots, he has no idea what he's in for with Rafer. He should know better. Wade was around in 03-04 when Rafer was hitting under 38% from the floor for Miami.

Many Magic fans are saying they want Alston back because he did well for the Magics and he was not a shoot 1st PG, which allows DH to touch the ball more.

So it takes a youtube video for people to realize who sucks.

I should start making a battier one then. How bad he is in fast breaks, 2on1 and he runs to 3 point line. He has the open lane and instead pulls up a 15 ft airball wide open. He has left many scars in my heart.

I knew I saw Rafer at Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday. He was cheering for the Cowboys with a sign he would pull out saying "Defense".

According to @WojYahooNBA, Miami agreed to send Chris Quinn to Nets for future 2nd and cash to free roster spot and sign Rafer Alston.

So Rafer to Miami it seems.

Ahhh...but is he really gone? Just some thoughts that make me go hmmm?????

Maybe he just grew taller and pretends he got a ring...... And to think we were done with the Sir-Bricks-A-Lot lineage. :(
