Troy Murphy taking the blunt of every picture? Deservedly so...

Him ahead of Scola? Not so much...

Getting posterised by LaMarcus Aldrige? Priceless...

Sometimes you need a guy you can over estimate, for everything else... There's "Mater Scola."

Hard to believe Scola isn't a Top 10 PF.

    Duncan
    Bosh
    Stoudemire
    Dirk
    Gasol
    Garnett
    Lee

who else do think is better than Scola?

Its a theme. He gets one single player to guard every other one on the list (during the sgs it was OJ Mayo etc.).

With that said I don't understand his rankings at all. With some of the other players he predicts how good they're gonna be during the season (like Blake Griffin), and then with some he judges on past performance. With Scola, he doesn't do either. He acknowleges that someone who puts up 20 and 10 should be higher, and he also says that with Ariza gone Scola will get more touches. So why doesn't he factor that into the ranking? I don't get it at all. Scola should be top 10, I simply can't think of 10 guys better than him for the upcoming season. David West and Troy Murphy better than Scola? In what universe is that possible? Scola put up better numbers in fewer mins AND he's still ranked lower?

Well. it's par for the course. The Rockets players are always under rated and under appreciated by the media. What else is new.

Scola's game after the Landry trade speaks for itself. He is an elite PF and if he is given more attention by the guards like in the Argentina national squad, his production would be awesome.

I am really looking forward to Scola and Yao playing together again this season. He has learned to roll to the basket whenever Yao was doubled and/or fronted making the opponents pay dearly for their effort to stop Yao.

    Scola is ridiculously underrated.

Guy works as hard as anyone, and is great on both ends of the floor. Usually the only worry I have w/ Scola is when he has to guard a tall PF (someone like Gasol and Garnett). Those are the only PFs that really give him trouble.

Scola should be in the top 10. I think he is better than even David Lee.
