Well this might explain a few things... go ROC. ______ Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva tested positive for a banned drug, according to reports https://www.espn.com/olympics/story...tested-positive-banned-drug-according-reports
^This is the same drug that Sharapova and Alexander Povetkin (boxer lost chance to fight Wilder) got popped for so it seems quite popular in Russian doping.
Kinda disgusting that they are doping a 15 year old. But then again as far I'm concerned erbody's on roids in the Olympics.
It's crazy they give everyone that heart medication I don't believe it's approved for use in the US -- giving it to a teen is so sketchy makes you wonder what other weird things the Russians are doping with. Everytime we do learn something concrete it's always some bizarre cocktail of PEDs. The documentary Icarus was probably the most shocking how blatant they were with their programs.
Leslie Jones commenting as she's watching the Olympics is greatness. It sucks that NBC has forced her to stop live-commenting. https://www.tiktok.com/@lesdoggggg/video/7061802013348121902?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1
The particular drug she allegedly took helps with endurance. Trimetazidine, or TMZ, works by increasing blood flow to the heart and limiting rapid swings in blood pressure. It has been on WADA's list of prohibited substances since 2014.
NBC is dumb. they restrict everyone from posting their content so no one can react and share so no one is interested. nothing goes viral for people to become interested.
Everybody should watch "Icarus" on netflix. Shows how easy it is to dope for everybody, especially the Russians.
I’m watching the snowboarding and it’s funny how positive the color guy is. Every run is amazing and incredible even when the boarder falls. It was kind of the opposite from Ted Liggety on the womens slalom when he kept in criticizing the eventual winner during her run.
