well some people are sensitive on the street fighting (scrubs), i've been accused of 'cheating' many times. you can block everything on ssf2t, and there no infinite combos. the pad (all of them) is terrible for Zangief (pile driver/spinning hands) and balrog (the crazy combos where you buffer the super move)
I have two main characters in Akuma and Sagat. My third character usually varies depending on whether I want quickness or power. I'd probably go Vega. *and by Vega, I mean the American Vega, not Bison*

that dude who's playing Bison is a Diago, Japan's best street fighter player.. I seriously doubt you're anywhere close to that guy's skill. I know I'm not! plus you seriously think you have a chance against that guy with your playstation controller vs that guy's custom arcade stick that's probably cost $200? i've played against some the japanese dudes on xbox live, they are pretty tough.
