My xbox one power brick died recently and I decided to get the new ONE S Halo bundle. Hooked it up and it seemed ok. Was able to play some games but not all. Thought maybe it was becuase I had games on external HD and internal HD. Then I put my star wars disk in and couldnt play, 'took to long to load' it says. Did ahard reboot and now I seem to have lost all games that were there, saves, externalHD not dectected and even more 'took to long to load'. Tried to reinstall star wars but it keeps stopping.

    Very strange. I wish I could help. I don't think I can.

That's the kind of thing that drives me crazy. Supposedly xbox one saves all your saves to the cloud as well, so you would supposedly be able to play your save from another xbox one or if you have the settings done for that.

Also if you have streaming set up, you are supposed to be able to play games from xbox one on your PC if your PC also has Windows 10. Could you try it on the PC just to see if it works there?

It might not since it all seems erased from the xbox one.

The only other thing I can think of is if somehow it isn't logging you in as your xbox one live account, and is doing it as a guest or something.

Ill give u 150 for the Xbox one S.

    Problem solved?

Jk, call xbox tech support, keep your reciept close and safe, also check the return policy and see what day you would have to take it back by if its broke.

Skip tech support. Bring it straight to a Microsoft store and they'll exchange it on the spot, minimal effort required.

Blatz, contact Microsoft's Twitter support team. That is the fastest response you will get, period. They're great.

If he goes to a MS store, they will replace on the spot.
