I had that exact problem with my xbox before. I had success just removing the hard drive and attempting to play the game without the hard drive plugged in. It usually worked every time after removing the hard drive, and then after that, just turn the xbox off, put the hard drive back in, and the disc reads just fine after that. That's my go-to technique for that problem, and I hope that helps in the future.

Make sure you do not put the password in the "League ID" column. They are different things. We had this confusion last year.
So, commish, what's the desired time frame to complete the season? The whole schedule is flexible, correct? edit: Did a little reading and I think that the league still advances itself daily, but all games are open from the beginning. Not 100% on that.
You are correct. There is technically a schedule in place, but you can play any game on your schedule at any time you want. However, from my understanding, if the league's date sims past the day of a game you have, and you haven't played, then the game will automatically simulate, though the league commish can reset the game if I'm not mistaken. Not sure about a timetable for the league to finish though.
