I would like a Blu Ray and I would like surround sound speakers and receiver. I'm not sure which I should buy first, but will probably not actually get either for Christmas.
Nice list Lady Di! I would like: Rockets Tickets GC's- Sephora, MAC, Coach and Half Price Books A pink 360 wireless controller BOOTS! My boyfriend gave me $200 for MAC in September, and I spent about $100 of my own in since then, but I still want more. Just how much make up storage do you need? Enough for a train case? Review on MAC's (I'm dying for this, but its $250!!) Here's the one I have. can't believe people ASK for gift certificates. why not just ask for cash?? Well I guess that's the same concept as "why not give cash?" -- which I also believe in (if you're trying to go the GC route)...but I understand that some people feel like they're trying a little bit if they go with a GC. But that's from the buying end. If you're actually making a list for someone else...just say cash if you want cash to buy a bunch of different things..
There's a number of games I want this year...all for the 360... Tomb Raider: Underworld Prince of Persia (initially skeptical about the new direction, but seeing game footage has me excited again) NBA 2K9 God of War II (for the PS2 of course) Then there's some DVDs and CDs I want... Dark Knight, Chinese Democracy, Dido's new album Safe Trip Home to name a few. Outside of that, I've been itching to start camping again...so I'm gonna ask for a new 3 man tent...something roomy enough so I can take my son when he gets old enough. Then maybe a new movie poster...I got a little room left on the wall...and the Half Blood Prince poster looked nice. Here's another wish: for Nintendo to get their heads out of their asses and A) make some great, not good, not average, but GREAT games for the Wii (I'm talking on the level of Twilight Princess, Metroid, Mario Galaxy) and B) to release some actual decent games for the virtual console (like Contra, Yoshi's Island, Mario Kart)
My 3 papers to actually be published. matching in ENT a professional team in houston (other than the dynamo) to play like champions.. snow...lots and lots of snow...
I want everyone getting me a gift to get themselves a gift therefore I don't have to get them a gift and they don't have to get me a gift. Make sense?
I feel like I want a lot of stuff this year. At least we're getting married over the holidays so maybe my fiance's side will throw in some wedding presents, and maybe if we're lucky they can be something we can actually use. Let's see: -new tennis shoes -boots -digital camera (mine broke ) -blender -desktop computer - I know, unrealistic, may can save my old one -(new TV at some point) -hoodies (I have several but most of them are really thick material and feel too bulky) -(iPod dock, since I think I'm getting one anyway) -old/discounted game system and some sort of active/fitness game -a good part-time job... otherwise living expenses for the semester...
This year, I would like a pair of Sauconys a heart rate monitor new reading I'll probably get the shoes and books on Black Friday, so I pretty much just want an HRM. My parents will probably insist on buying me a lot of stuff I don't want or need to "stimulate the economy."
That's the one bad thing in my opinion about getting older and being able to afford things that I really want. It totally ruins Christmas because I can never think of anything to put on a list for others to get me. I'll probably just ask for some bluray's, or maybe some parts to build a new PC.
I can't view the video...but yea M.A.C. is so expensive!! I wouldn't be surprised that it's $250! Oh yeah, that Sephora train case is what I need! A pink case...perfect for a girl like me. I need a case because I have a couple of bags to hold my make up in the restroom so a train case would be great for me. I think that's what I want for my X-Mas/birthday gift. Sephora is like a candy store for me. TOO much stuff I want!! I recently bought Kat Von D make up eye shadow pallete(?). You should try one of them! I love Smashbox products too. Make up / shoes are only things I'm willing to splurge on. They are GREAT gifts.
