weren't they referring to Monday night TV. I did not see it but the reports I read were that at the beginning of the show the Spanish dubbing came through on the broadcast rather than the actual dialogue. Was it dubbing or really Morley and Bischoff speaking spanish?

Sorry for those of you that missed it (I should have used the ;) !); the program Monday started out with a promo of Bischoff and Morley on the phone I assume talking about Austin. However, the Spanish feed must have been pulled up by accident, because you could not hear what they were saying with a Spanish interpreter talking over them. I'm sure it was very embarassing for the production crew. The King did a good job of trying to play it off, saying nothing is going right (Stacy getting knocked down again, people speaking in Spanish).

But I bet Vince went out to the production trailer outside of the arena and told someone . . . "Yourrrrre fireddddd."

I went to the house show in Houston last night. It was alright for a house show. It was the Raw brand, billed "WWE Ruthless Agression." Unlike the past few years when Houston regularly sold out the arena when it was the WWF, the Compaq was only about one/third full. They didn't even open up the upper deck.

It started out slow, with a Christian/Steiner match. Christian acted like he was scared of Steiner, and kept ducking in and out of the ring. It must of been ten minutes before they even locked up. It gave Steiner the opportunity to flex a lot without having to actually wrestling. When they did wrestle, he didn't show much. After a relatively easy win, more flexing. I like watching Steiner's gimmick/mike work, but I bet WWE knows better than to make him the champ.

    Other thoughts:

The Dudley Boys (who wrestled Steve Regal/Lance Storm) got probably the biggest pop. They worked the crowd well, and after Morley came out an interfered to allow Regal/Storm to retain their titles, the Dudley Boys rewarded the crowd's chants by putting Morley through a table.

In the Molly Holly v. Jacquline match, Molly feigned a broke ankle, and actually pulled it off well. The ref had other refs and officials come out to help her out after he stopped the match. I was actually going for it since I thought it plausible that Molly would not pull a Triple H (and finish the match despite a bad injury) for a house show. But as Jacq was holding the ropes for them to carry Molly out, Molly came to life and attacked Jacq. It was to no avail, however, as the Dallas native later pulled out the win.

Stacy Kiebler is thin - even thinner than she looks on TV! She looked good, though - very defined. Test is aptly named, judging by the acne on his back. Jericho (accompanied by Christian) defeated Test after a low blow that hurt all of the Testicles.

In the jobber v. jobber match of the night, Spike Dudley defeated Steven Richards while everyone was still at the concession stands after the intermission.

The best ring work of the night had to be Rob Van Dam. I was impressed that he pulled out all of his high-flying antics for a house show, including one running flip out of the ring. He looked like he gave the same effort that he would for a PPV. He has to be one of the hardest workers in the WWE. Lance Storm and Regal also looked like they were trying to earn their paycheck.

Rob Van Dam/Kane defeated Three Minute Warning with Rico. Van Dam got the pin after a 5-star frog splash. But they played Kane's music because he had the better pyrotechnics (the ring post flame-throwers).

Jericho, Ric Flair and Triple H did a good job working heat from the crowd. Ric Flair even taunted Houston for having a hero that was from China.

In the last match (Booker T v. Batista), Triple H came out on crutches and said he was injured an could not wrestle. But later when the ref's back was turned, he miraculously recovered and ran into the ring, breaking off a crutch on Booker's back. Steiner then came out and ran off Triple H and Flair, leaving Batista alone with Booker T. Booker T obviously pulled it out for the hometown fans, and finished the night with a hometown spin-a-roni and a lot of high 5s.

I wanted to take my little cousins with me, but I just had no time. I am going to take them next time. I rather take them to a house show than a live/tv taping or something. I have a feeling if Raw or Smackdown comes here, there parents won't let them go because it would be a school night, so I am praying it is in the summertime.

My cousins and I were thinking about going but ended up just going to the movies. We had a a pretty good time at the House Show last July. Pretty entertaining show, but in all honesty the Raw/Smackdown shows are better, although the July house show was better than the April Smackdown. Hopefully they are coming back soon for a Raw or Smackdown. I wanna get a ringside seats. I had pretty good seats at Raw but my coworker had one fo the best seats in the place, he was sitting right next to rail.

About the house show, guess who I saw at TGIF on 45S and Fuqua. I was w/ my fiance, her best friend, and my sis and walking through the door...Booker T, RVD, Test, and sexxxxxy Stacy Keibler. Shook hands w/ Booker T, RVD, and Test. Just saw Stacy Keibler walk in w/ one of her friends. They looked really tired from the house show. The waiter said that Booker T usually comes to that TGIF whenever he's in town. I was wondering why in the hell he would come down to the Southeast side of town for food. No pics, but an autograph on my TGIF receipt from Booker T.

I used to always see Booker and some other wrestlers at a Gold's Gym back in the day. Shoot, I think he was still Harlem Heat. He actually has a store down here though. Street Jamz or something like that. He also, along with Red Bull, have sponsored a hip hop/breakdancing event down here and plan on doing more. I even saw him at court a little while back.

Thanks for the scoop. By the way, are Test and Stacy an item, or is this just a storyline? Judging by their lip action on the show, it looked to me like they had some practice (unlike the stage kiss Rock layed on Trish a while back).

Any ideas on who the next GM will be? For some reason, I think it will be some swirve. Either Bischoff will still have the job for some reason, or somebody out of nowhere, anybody from Bret Hart, Stone Cold, Vince himself, HBK, whoever. It better have some shock value to it.

Vince selected me to be the on air GM of Raw.

He hired me to work behind the scenes and be the booker for Raw too. Nice move Vince.

Well I predicted a few posts up that Bischoff will still keep his job, but I wonder who Vince wouldve picked to be replaced.
