this is soooooooooo stupid. the decenting judges say that the punishment wasn't cruel and unusual, because it was the punishment before the law changed. so the punishment wasn't cruel and unsual in 2003 but it is in 2006? am I reading that correctly
Glad to see him get out of prison, for something like that. I could see if he did it to like 7 or even a 12 year old. But another high-school student, outrageous, when oral sex is about as common as pimples. But remember, I think alot states carry all sorts of dumb laws.....it's actually illegal by definition in like 8 states to have oral sex, 11 to have anal (receiving or giving, hetero - homo - bi - trans doesn't matter), cross-dressing, S&M, and etc. It's all sorts of odd laws in some of these odd states. but usually they won't be taken in seriously in court of law, it would be waste of tax-payers time, jurors, and judges. dumblaws.com or even look at your states codes....put in most off the wall thing and you see some r****ded law from 1800s.
