    I'm thinking the granade is a dummy and the explosives are already in the hole, set to charge remotely. Otherwise, that's just dumb. Actually, the former is pretty dumb also.

    I can't stop watching this!

    It's not the actual exercise that's funny. It's the jump before the explosive goes off. I mean, do they have to do a synchronized full-on belly flop into the dirt to get out of the way??
