    I want Ultimate too...but I'm not ready to part with all these programs of mine that won't work in vista. :(

    you must use some weird programs, I haven't found a program I use yet that wont work in Ultimate.

    and I use many freeware utilities for video work, which haven't been updated for Vista.

    you might want to check around and see if updates have been released...it has been almost 6 months now.
