What do you lib people think of BIll Clinton saying he has a lot of RESPECT for Sarah Sanders and how she handled the red hen incident? ..this is at odds with Maxine's message... what is the unified message here by the liberals and where is the liberal leadership when you have significant past liberal voices admonishing what the business owner did? How can you root for the business owner when many of your liberal leaders say don't ?
Trump equated the two sides in the incident where the white supremacist murdered the woman and injured all those others. That's not really the kind of condemnation to be taken seriously. The incidents in the ad were condemned by those on the left as well, but even if they weren't it is an apple to oranges comparison. I haven't heard the right condemn any of the insults Trump regularly uses or the uncivil things he's said. What I find on the right, is people saying that Trump doesn't really mean those things, or he's only talking about some people, not the whole group that he's referencing. They actually try and excuse it. I've already said that I don't believe the left should buy into the tone. But that being said, I don't think those on the right have any room to complain. The President has set the tone. There are so many more examples of him being uncivil than Maxine Waters, Kathy Griffin, or the owner of the Red Hen combined.

Generally speaking when bad political actors reach their boiling points on each side leftist produce riots while right wing nuts kill people (or do something extremely dangerous/threatening like pizzagate). I think this says a lot about the electorate on the right and how they don’t vote on policy issues especially when it comes to Trump vs the left. People on the right are so entrenched with fantastical conspiracy and culture wars that they have no idea what’s good for them personally from a policy perspective anyone.
