Awesome way to end the show. Undertaker showing respect, stopping the choke slash, tellin HBK "stay down," and then helping him to his feet and shaking his hand before exiting quickly so Michaels could have the stage for his goodbye. In all the years I've watched the Undertake, I've never seen that angle from him. And the WWE failed for not giving Michaels a mic when he was trying to tell the fans thank you before leaving the ring. Get him a mic.
maybe i'm being bias, but they're 25 match was better. on paper, this card looked real entertaining. I missed the first hour.
Bret's match was one of the most painful things to watch. The entire thing was cringeworthy. Overall, a pretty weak show outside of HBK/Taker.
He's coming back you know. Michaels is just going to take his usual after wrestlemania break. I don't know how they'll bring him back, but if this was an official retirement, they would do a lot better job of sending him away.
I imagine he'll still have an on-camera role with the WWE, but I wouldn't be surprised if this really is his retirement match. Really, it's amazing that he was able to come back from his injuries several years ago. I don't blame him for wanting to get out while he still has his body. I'm sure he'd rather go out like this than the embarrassment that was Bret's "match" against Vince.
You really expect Bret Hart to have a "classic Bret Hart, Five Star match" in his condition? Shawn Michaels actually looked relieved. Like a thank goodness he is done.

I would assume to move it further away from ECW/NXT so they dont have all of their shows on Mon, Tues, Thurs?
All reports I have read are that Michaels intends to truly retire. The guy's body is a mess. He has steel plates in his back and he is simply ready to walk away. I doubt he comes back for anything other than the occasional appearance to boost ratings.
