Finally the coach will watch...wrestlemania...again. <---the people's eyebrow
the undertaker match is going to trump the other matches like it does every year. the only reason the cena/rock match is intriguing is because of their personalities and crowd faves. neither of them can wrestle.
It's just entertainment. I mean, movies and television are fake too. Wrestling is just a soap opera but it's still enjoyable at times.
Just wish it wasn't so blatantly obvious that it was fake. The chest slaps in particular need to go. Lmao!
Holy shett CM Punk vs Jericho When did Jericho come back And Daniel Bryan for the WHC.. Holy when did WWE finally give this guy a push and Why the hell is Undertaker fighting Hunter again.. is he retiring after this. Finally Cena can go die, why is he not fired yet. Worst piece of crap in wrestling
Couple of my friends are going to this, bit jealous, but flights are like £500 so I can't really afford it.
Cena showing a little aggression last night, sort of looking desperate for this win. I'm really hoping for a heel turn. Please WWE turn Cena heel! Also my friend mentioned he read a rumor of Miz probably turning face at 'Mania.
In a lot of ways, Cena already IS a heel. His refusal to give in to the boos and his "aw shucks, I'm just doin' what I do"/Superman schtick infuriates so many fans (just look at the poster a few spots up), that it's really the most effective tactic for generating heat. If Cena actually turned heel in the traditional sense, everyone would love him, making him even more of a face. And yeah, a Miz face turn is likely; they've made him more sympathetic the past month or so, playing on his desperation in getting a Wrestlemania match. It seems like a good move too, as his current character has been kinda stale ever since The Awesome Truth split.
Jericho came back in early January, his first match was the Royal Rumble. Bryan won Money in the Bank last July, and cashed it in against Big Show in December at TLC. Undertaker challenged HHH to a "rematch" because Undertaker didn't leave the ring under his own power last year. It's kinda dumb since Undertaker has already beaten HHH twice at WM, but whatever. Shawn Michaels is the guest ref, and it looks like they're setting up an Undertaker win/retirement leading into an HBK/HHH fued. T-shirt sales.
Mick Foley should have gotten in shape for this years wrestlemania and pleaded for a hell in a cell match agains't 'taker. That would have been great.(assuming mick foley could help carry the match)
If he could carry his end of the match, that would be awesome (and I totally forgot that it was hell in a cell), but he looked pretty done at the Royal Rumble. Plus, all of Foley's classic matches involve crazy bumps or absurd weaponry, and seeing a 46 year-old Mick Foley getting tombstoned onto thumbtacks or mashed in the face with barbed wire would just be kinda sad at this point.
It's tonight and starts @ 6pmLast night was the WWE Hall of Fame. Edge, The Four Horsemen, Yokozuna, Ron Simmons, Mil Mascaras, and Mike Tyson (celebrity inductee) were honored.
Haven't seen wrestling since the last Wrestlemania, I is very excited to see Jericho and Daniel Bryan. I will be sad Taker is gone after this
