With the big money and the desired attention of being called The Franchise comes the pressure and responsibility of leading this team out of mediocrity. Part of being a leader is excepting the blame when things go wrong. If the Rockets don't make the playoffs next year it will be the Franchises fault. It's now his job to carry this team and make the players around him better. If we don't make the playoffs then he didn't do his job. I would like to point out that I'm not a Steve basher. He is one of my favorite players but it's time for him to live up to his nickname. Lord knows he is getting paid for it now. 80 million
