From what I understand they do not have problems selling the expensive seats, it is the cheaper ones they can't sell as well....go figure.
I am calmed. I am just sick of games being so boring where the crowd is dead!!! I am hyped up for the playoffs and I am a die hard fan!!!
the 14 game mini plans are the best deal, the rockets even give you a discount on your regular season tickets if you purchase a plan. I do however see everyone's gripe, it is expensive, eventhough I have bought my playoff tickets, It is a huge financial committment.
The tickets are priced the way they are so that we can afford to put the team on the floor. I've seen the budget and I know. The playoff ticket money mainly goes to the NBA, not the Rockets. There fore it is aslo set by the NBA. You bring up the Astros, Fine. They have 82 home games and twice the seats so go figure they have $5 dollar seats, where we have $10 and $14. So if you multiply the Astros ticket prices by 4 you'l see it comes out roughly the same.
I agree, I think the tickets are fairly priced....it all comes down to how bad you want to be there. Sometimes the best fans are the ones that cant afford the games.
