He's played well (great tonight), and I give him a pass, because he's been asked to do way too much with just about everybody else playing like crap.

People just want to see the blowup/takeover game like he's done countless times this year, and some people expect that out of him every single game of the playoffs. I understand the desire to see him go nuts and single-handedly carry them to victory, but it's an unfair criticism/expectation.

And with tonight's performances Howard, Ariza and Terry's stats look great for this series.

    Ariza - 16 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assist, 2 steals shooting 48/39/86 in 37 minutes

    Terry - 12 points, 3 assist, 2 rebounds, 1 steal shooting 49/40/80 in 29 minutes

    Howard - 17 points, 12 rebounds, 3 blocks, 1 steal, shooting 57% in 32 minutes

People have been shaming Harden for the whole series, but let's just recognize the obvious...

This isn't the 90's. It isn't the Iverson era. You can't just depend on one or two guys to carry your team. You have to have 5 or 6 guys really step up if you want to beat great teams in the postseason, which is something we've lacked until tonight. You mentioned Ariza/Terry/Howard, but also Smith and Brewer played like they're capable of, Jones had his moments, and nobody was a glaring negative.

I'm dubious how much it continues, but it's very obvious that, at their best, the Rockets can do great things.

he was sick as a dog and still posted triple-double tonight. give the guy some break man, I'm by no means easy on him and at time very critical but you gotta appreciate this effort.
