I can't root for both? Do you only root for one college team?

Ever heard of the term "rivals"?

I like watching other schools, and I'll even actively root for other schools, but never A&M or OU.

Sorry, but the general consensus is that if you are a Texas fan, then your favorite team is Texas and whoever is playing OU (and vice versa). You are welcome to root for Tech, Baylor, Rice, UH, etc. But to even consider rooting for the trailer trash north of the Red River is morally reprehensible.

I have to agree with the texas fans here. You can't straddle the line on this one. Since I hate the longhorns, I would only root for the Sooners when they play the longhorns.

Can't root for the Sooners. I'd root for Notre Dame if they played the Sooners.

I don't know. I've always been a Longhorn fan. Do I b**** if they suck? Yeah. But, I'll stand behind them. One day the table will turn in this series, it always has. Now is not the time to jump ship. I'm frustrated at what's happening on the field, but I live in Austin and goto UT. The shirt could be free, and I still wouldn't wear it.

Anyone seen my Lakers jacket? It goes well with my Dbacks hat. I like the way these guys play and dominate.

Probably next to your Rams' shorts.

I still can't believe we're having this discussion.

Maybe I should take the advice of my Husker alum professor: I'd rather be dead than wear Sooner Red

    Great advice.

Actually, it seems that if you really want to wear an OU shirt, you just have to put a UT shirt on upside down.

Wearing a Sooner shirt as a Longhorn is the 2nd worst sin a UT student/graduate could make.

Number 1 being wearing aggie clothing.

Smokey, what would your boy Rodrique Wright, who is a stud, and goes here think.

5 dollars is not worth wearing OU clothing.

Like, others said, you cannot like the aggies or sooners as well as texas it is one or the other. It goes against everything our university stands for.

    Wearing BlowU clothes, ick.

I love all the stereotyping that goes on here. How big is your house?

i cant believe this thread continued for so long.

and i honestly cant believe a UT fan would even consider wearing an OU shirt. that's completely assinine and absurd. the fact that you were actually considering this purchase makes my stomach hurt...

thank God you've come to your senses :)

Yay!!! Your loyalty will be rewarded. The tide will turn. I know it seems like it's been awhile, but if this continues, ol' Money bags Hicks, McCombs, Dell, etc. will ask for a change. Some in the know say a new OC is on the way if this continues.

Thank you for your loyalty. :)

Also, with regards to that picture, Rod would have sacked Hybl if the Sooners weren't holding him. YOu can't see them in the picture. :D ;)

I think I threw those away.

No. Just because he is one doesn't mean he has one.
