Would you want mike brown as lead assistant for the rockets?

    He's a good defensive coach and I don't think anyone will make him a head coach this season. Could really help harden play defense just like he did for LeBron James.

    our "lead assistant" will probably be a lead candidate for the job after next season.

    I would shudder to think that we had McHale and then Mike Brown as our head coaches during the Howard/Harden era.

    I'm pretty sure that Lebron's defensive epiphany had everything to do with Coach K and Team USA and very little to do with Brown.

    LOL, curious. I would accept it because Mchale needs to have someone next to him who knows what they are doing. Mchales not cutting it.

    Yall are acting like we are discussing him as a head coach....

    First off, he helped get a team to the finals that only had Lebron and some DLeague All Stars.

    Second, we are talking about him being a LEAD ASSISTANT....and yall are saying hell no to that? Yall are saying no to a great defensive mind? Blasphemous!!!!!

    He's a better assistant than he is a head coach. I'd give him a try and hire Mario Ellie as Hardens personal shooting coach
