Boozer sucks as a person, but his game rocks. I'll gladly take him, then ship his a$$ for great talent after a year. Haha.
DaDakota, Based on past history... and your own particular obsession with this topic... You seem to have some serious conflicts or guit regarding the difference between: right and wrong vs. legal and illegal
Nope, Just a difference of opinion. In this situation there is no right and wrong, just a difference of opinion. DD
I may be obsessed with this topic, but at least most agree it would have no lasting ramifications. Of course we would all vote differently if we were Cavs fans. DD
If that happens then it emphasizes the choice he made EVEN more. Take the money Carlos, your career is finite, make as much as you can for the short time you can play. DD
Some players can win multiple championships even if he does not bust his ass on the court (defensively), like a Shaq. Oh well, does anybody want a proven wife-beating Jason Kidd on the Rox team as compared with a "possible" liar Boozer? and suppose Kobe is convicted of rape, do you still want him on the team if he can still play? as compared with a legally clean but morally "might not" clean Boozer?
For the record, I don't want ANY head cases on the Rockets. You won't see me harboring any pipedreams for EG to return anytime soon. And you won't see me rooting for Carlos Boozer either. It's OBVIOUS what a royal screwjob he pulled on Cleveland. They could have paid him under $700,000 this season and he would have been a restricted free agent, so they coulda matched any offer made to him next year. The only thing I like about that deal is Utah got screwed out of a ton of money for a guy who'll pick up decent boards but average 10 points a game HATE THE JAZZ!
