Just the fact he is reported shouldn't mean anything. If the majority of the people here dislike him for his views then ofcourse he will get more reports than if this was a conservative board.

Many people here antagonize others all the time. Since their views are popular they don't get reported.

This is of course assuming that this board is not a Survivor setup.

No, it's T_J's tactics and belligerence that get him reported. Conservatives are in the minority on this board, but I do respect a few of them. Weslinder is the first that comes to mind, because he's always civil and rightfully deserves civility toward him. However when you use phrases like "hide the pork sword" it just makes you look childish.

As Jeff stated, he pushes the line with his posts more so than others and quickly jumps on other posters questionable posts. I'm sure every reported post get investigated but Jeff has had to say something to TJ several times which makes me believe that there is some substance there and it is not just blind antagonizing.

As much as I don't want Obama to win, it's pretty much a foregone conclusion. I think it's telling that the only way people like T_J think they can beat him is to have him not on the ballot.

Democracy is a mother isn't it?

TJ baits a lot - he's pushing people's buttons for fun. A lot of people do it, some more than others. I did it a lot. And I also started getting my buttons pushed - folks on here aren't dumb, that's for sure.

But it is antagonistic, it derails threads, and isn't in the spirit of the board and I think TJ is absuing this place when he does post that way, the same way I use to.

I think most people have learned to ignore TJ by now - so I'm surprised he gets reported so much. But ya know, when you mess up, the leash gets shorter and shorter, and you put yourself under a bigger and bigger lens - so every small thing gets magnified until stuff that might not have gotten one in trouble before all of a sudden because a banable offense.

Looks like TJ is going to have to give up the "conquistador" and start being more like the "diplomatico"

...well now this is interesting... The Obama campaign's website just admitted that he was once a citizen of Kenya... wonder how the voters might react to this bit of news... So Obama held this back, lying by omission, until today? Very interesting. What else is he lying about? Indonesian citizenship? Are you comfortable electing a former Kenyan citizen to the office of President?

Don't feed the troll. No link = no truth. It is a dead give away.

The only thing thickened is TJ's mental health report.

That tissue paper thin rebuttal didn't hold for long... here is a link straight from Obama's website.

    http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

    Jorge,

There's obviously only one answer to all of your questions, and Larry Johnson, Bob Beckel and yourself know it:

You know Honolulu is part of Hawaii right? Unlike your claim, the source you quote is neither new nor controversial. So what's up with the artificial outrage and digging up your own garbage?

Or if it's another one of those "no evidence to the disapprove, so 50/50" type of mud-sling in random direction thing, by your standard this should be a good one: McCain said he signed POW war-crime confession. Are you comfortable electing a former snitch? plot thickened? [/size]
