No it won't, because his eligibility has already been satisfied and he's provided all necessary legal documents.

Why are John McCain's military records sealed?

Is it because he denounced America as a POW?

Is it because he caused the deaths of soldiers on the USS Forrestal?

Is it because he crashed several planes?

What does he have to hide?

    Does he really hate America?

This may deserve it's own thread...

I think Obama's campaign is doing just fine without advice offered on a BBall board.

I can't argue with that. Obama has run one of the best campaigns I have ever witnessed. He has more money, more support from news media, is an eloquent speaker and quite frankly I haven't witnessed a more charismatic candidate since Robert Kennedy. The problem is Barack is no Robert kennedy.

Funny many people would agree with you. I wouldn't give him that status yet. Growing up I remember the 16 by 20 photo of JFK hanging right next to Jesus with the burning heart in the middle of his chest. That phot stayed in my mom's house for at least 35 years. My Mom collected 500 dollars worth of Kennedy halves and I remember borrowing a few of them and getting severely whipped for the crime. Obama has little ways to go before he reaches martyrdom although some of his followers (Oprah) have already annointed him. ;)

Oh, absolutely, using the basso/T_J threshold, each item from your list is a critical topic of discussion.

Speaking of that, what about his medical records? Want to release them for more than an hour or two with unnumbered pages and no way to effectively tell if things are missing?

That isn't an order to "seal" the record. Like I said earlier, you can't request a copy of the original birth certificate from the hospital, it's not an option on the request form. He's trying to get them to give him access others don't have and they said no.

That is a valid point. I think everyone should release all records and let the chips fall where they may. Obama's 1 page medical report is a farce and Palin hasn't given anythng. Biden's records are incomplete and at least McCain has released over 1000 pages of records even though only allowed 3 hours for reporters to review. Just release all the records and let the public decide on it's merit.

Hawaii officials declare Obama's birth certificate genuine
    Associated Press
Oct. 31, 2008, 8HONOLULU — State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently.

She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.

Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the U.S..

Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama's citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.
