Again, true. However, nominating Hillary IMO can reverse that trend.

Not letting go of the past also could cripple Democratic momentum (kind of like a lot of posters who won't let JVG fade into history).

Apologies but I question the agenda / integrity of the poll sponsors. They have earned my distrust.

The facts have a liberal bias.

Facts never have a bias. They just are what they are. My question, considering the source, is whether these are facts.

Explain to me what interest the Washington Post or ABC News would have in creating a prohibitive favorite and thereby making the most interesting election cycle in many years the least interesting. The meme that Hillary is divisive is all that currently stands between her and the nomination. Putting the lie to that does not exactly sell papers or TV ads.

Of course, you have a better source: your gut. How truthy.

Hey, Donkey! Did we win that war that was nobody's fault in particular yet?

I have no idea what goes on in the minds of other people let alone whole organizations. Also, I am not saying these "facts" are true or false. I am saying I distrust the source. Both news organizations have committed serious sins against fairness and accuracy and thereby have earned my distrust. So, yes, in effect, my gut says "Beware."

I'm discussing the topic with the grown ups. I just threw you a shout out so you'd have a chance to say something like, "Oh, sure. Bush is unpopular    . Things he did were his fault.   "

really? grown-ups? where? And if grown ups are actually having a meaningful discussion, what the hell are you doing there? :D

right, you threw a shout out...like the crackhead tripping balls at the bus stop, only not as well thought out and relevent. Maybe I should have an unhealthy fixation on hating one person and everytime something doesnt smell like peaches and roses...i will just blame it on him and assume things will be back to our perfect world like it was before. Yeah, you may be on to something there. :)

As for the rest of your rolly eyes...i have no idea what you are trying to say. An attempt at humor? Fyi, You are much more funny when you are trying to be serious.

I won't vote for any party ticket with a Clinton or Bush on it from here on out.

If I do not like what our good cop/bad cop political system puts on the ballot in November 2008, then I am staying home and boycotting voting from there on out.

The trick is to influence the vote now while you still can. Your input has more weight now than in the election, although I suppose it's like buying 100 lottery tickets or just one. You have a chance at winning the big prize either way, but realistically the odds of winning with 100 tickets in 20M is about the same as 1 in 20M.

Says the incredulous, delusional lib who is still looking at 2004 exit polling data and scratching his noggin as to why John Forbes Kerry is not President.

    GOOD STUFF

There are societial reasons why someone would say why they'd vote for a woman or an african-american (or possibly a halfrican american) in a poll. Let's see what those voters do INSIDE THE BOOTH.
