What? Is it because you love the Cleveland board so you want to follow Yao to post there? If that's the case, you should start learning the history of the Cavs and maybe it can help you to pretend to be a Cavs fan in the future.

Would you trade Tmac for Lebron? I just think either way your answer will be very interesting.

Did you EVER realize Yao Ming was, is and will still be the Franchise of the Rockets ever since his draft? All the coach and roster changes in the past years, including Jeff Van Gundy and Tracy McGrady, were on the premise that Yao Ming is at the centre of all those changes.

And WHY do you think Les Alexander's personal fortune and riches had almost quadrupled ever since Yao Ming joined the Rockets, and had risen in the rankings of multi-millionaires in USA?

YES, Les Alexander do have an attachment to Yao Ming, and NO, the Rockets will not trade away Yao Ming, not even for Kobe Bryant or Lebron James, unless Big Yao he himself asks to be sold. He is untouchable.

    Of that I am sure
    honestly. . . I could see Kobe PUNKING T-mac
    basically dictating to T-Mac
Kobe has a more DOMINANT personality
and I don't think T-Mac would seriously stand up to him

Honestly. . that is why Odom Sucks so much
Kobe dominates him and Odom is not strong enough
to hold his own . .he is WEAK!

So when was the last time Hakeem doesn't show up for game 7?
C'mon don't be delusional, if you can trade a Yao for argubaly the best guard in the decade. I say do it. and I am a big yao's fan, but I don't see him bring us championships. anyway.

centers nowadays suck. dwight howard and amare will be remembered as the best of this decade too. does that mean they're great?

tmac is playing w/ some of the most legendary perimeter players of all time right now. and he's at the top of the list.

i doubt yao can be considered even top 10 if he played in the 90s among big men

RR, Kobe is a little bit like Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z; he thinks he's the best, carries himself like the best, but he will never live up to his own expectations. However, unlike Vegeta, he's rotten to the core and Kobe will quit on you; he will never ever go down fighting, or in his case, shooting.

So, IMO, the Rockets shouldn't trade for him... Take a pass, avoid the drama, and roll with what you got, maybe they're not meant to win, but neither is Kobe.

What teams did we play when Tmac was out? I remember those are pretty good teams, including the SA Spurs and we defeated Spurs on their court. We lost to GSW but it was a close game.

What teams did we play when Yao was out?

I watched the game....Yao just had an off game on offense thats all. But his defense was pretty good with 5 blocks and many intimidations. You cant jump to trading him after a rare off game of an 82 game season

I don't know if you YOF's are aware of this but many in the Rockets organization, including Daryl Morey, feel we may have already seen Yao's best. If not yet, then he may only have a year or two more of improvement before he rapidly declines, like all former players his size. If winning was the bottom line, I would advise the Rockets to sell high on Yao.

Many have pointed out that most championship teams have dominant centers and thus Yao is the heart of the team, but Yao is just not that. He's a talented offensive center but far from dominant because he doesn't control the boards or play defense worth a damn. Russell, Jabbar, Hakeem, Shaq, Duncan were all rebounding and defensive forces. That's why they're teams were what they were. Yao isn't and never will be dominant.

Good thing you are not a GM. People say it over and over, you dont trade away a great big man for a great wing player. Yes Kobe and Lebron are amazing. But do you honestly think the Rockets are better off with Bynum, or Mutombo, or Scola playing the big minutes at the 5 position. We would get nothing from the post.
