How does showing KG's stats only up til 2000 show that Yao is beter than him now dumbass? If you're gonna claim facts then present facts.

I'll be honest, I still don't agree with you but you're the only one making valid points in my opinion. I mean I still think that I would take Howard, Duncan, of KG anytime over Yao but you're makin some good arguments. These other guys are like "no, Yao's better because he's on the Rockets"

You have made so many "resonable arguements" on Yao. But they are nothing but very annoying. Most people here just wish you to be quiet.

That's cuz most of the people here are so far up Yao's ass that they can't see the truth.

I would agree that under JVG and Rudy we had a mismatch problem with Utah and Phoenix. Adelman though has changed how Yao is being used. Jack Sikma probably deserves most of the credit though. It will be interesting how the Rockets gel after the first 15 games.

Maybe part of your truth is that: Yao is not a) agile, b)atheletic, c)..., but this is a 5-man game, Yao can create space for his teammates. You should go to Laker's forum, Kobe will be your most favourite player. Time will the best reply for everything.

Most people here are rox fans.

    No. Simply no.

I don't like Kobe or his all-too-oft bad attitude and off-court behavior.

    NO to KOBE!

You mention that it's a 5-man game but cuz of the fact that I don't think 1 out of those 5 is the best player at his position, that mean I'm not a Rox fan.

What did you expect? If you still can't figure it out, this is a fan site of the Houston Rockets. Why are you looking for objectivity in a fan site anyway? Do you know that a lot of people here actually proud of being called a rockets homer?

Anyway, you think we are all homers, right? You want objectivity, right? There is now a thread on RealGM with the title "Your Top 5 players to build a team around". So far 9 persons have posted in that thread, of which 5 posters give a ranking. 3 of out the 5 posters have Yao in the top 5 and they all ranked Yao at 2nd. The one who didn't pick Yao explained he didn't want to pick more than 1 center so he went with Duncan. Look, the thread is in "General NBA Discussion", not the Rockets sub-forum there. How much more objective do you want? Oh, one more question, why are you here if you hate homer's opinion anyway?

lol who is saying KG is worse than Yao? KG always has and always will be better than Yao, and so is Duncan, who can guard Boozer a HELL of a lot better than Yao can.

i suppose it's just too hard for you guys to compare apples with apples. again, Duncan, KG, and Boozer are all power forwards. name me a better center than Yao. but Yao sucks b/c he can't guard Boozer...uh huh.

Yeah...you're probly right. I just thought there were people who put the actual sport first, then add their bias later.
