    Interesting info. There certainly is something to be said about involving everyone offensively. The more involved they get, the more invested they get to the team success. And that also translates to defense as well. Playing for one another.

    This is where the CULTURE part comes in. And where the COACHING comes in. The coaches have to have a TEAM oriented offensive scheme. And be disciplined to run it. And the coach has to hold Harden accountable if he goes off script.

    Exactly. I still think of all the possible options available to us this off-season (including Howard leaving/staying, KD/Horford/Conley coming, etc.) the one that has the potential to improve the team the most is finding the right coach. If someone can get these guys to buy in and play hard all the time, we can be really good.

    Of course, with the right coach AND Durant we could be even better. :)
