Yes, I've mentioned it and believe it's a bigger or equal reason for concern than even his weight gain.

It hurts my heart to realize that YAO only had like 8 yrs
I think Zion is on that track
I am beginning to not like his personality/persona

Zion wouldn’t be my primary off-season target, but Jaylen Brown maybe off the list unless the Celtics implode in the first round.

But you have to have the Zion conversation because if he starts taking it seriously with his conditioning, work habits, etc then he’s a top offensive player.

Like Simmons and his red flags, for the right price….

Why? So now we would have to sit and watch him eat himself into early retirement.

I’m like 90% sure Zion will have a career like Porzingas where he’s missing 65 to 76% of every season but taking up half your payroll.

However the talent is to the point where you’d have to take a chance at THIS POINT in his career if the price is right. There’s a chance like Embiid he just gets his body right with the right doctors and him taking better care of himself.

I think it’s worth it for Sengun and next years pick if top 3 protected. I would rather take a shot at Jabari/Chet/Paulo because I think the top of this draft is that good. But if our pick is outside of the top 3 you gotta think about putting it on the table for someone like Zion.

True but Zion is also 500 pounds heavier than Curry so the chances of him recovering might be lessened

Trade Green or KPJ for Zion. You keep Sengun and top 3 pick.

Perhaps the rockets owner would think he could get a lot of the salary back from his contract if he spent at all his restaurants??

We have to assume this until Zion proves everyone wrong.

I would but may be looking for a new GM job in 3 years... Zion is a talented , high bball IQ, generational, physical specimen... Those don't come around often.. You have to take that chance

Zion ruined his career. I would get him for the minimum. Anything higher is not worth the headache or risk

Zion needs to go to someplace like Indiana. The food isn't as good as Houston and New Orleans.

Well, at least not while living in New Orleans. I lived in LA for a year. I gained 40 lbs. No joke. Luckily I was really thin before that but all there was to eat was fried . . . . Everything. Hard to eat healthy in LA but it's still a great place to live. They know how to pass a good time!! Ayeeee!! Lol

Imagine Zion having access to Whataburger and Shipley's 24/7.
