Would you trade Kyle Lowry for a top 4 pick and future 1st in the 2012 NBA Draft?

    It would be tough for me to admit, but i wouldnt mind taking a flyer on some of these prospects.


    This draft will be deep


    Somehow Stern gives us a Top 2 Pick( we draft Drummond or Davis), use the Top 4 Pick we get from Lowry and Draft Michael Gilchrist( no way this kid will be a bust, he has Kobe like work ehtic from what i hear), maybe Brad Beal, or Terrence Ross


    And with the Knicks Pick we take Meyers Leonard from Illinois( drawing Andrew Bynum Comparsions)

    And lastly with a second rounder we take a flyer on a PG like Myck Kabongo, Kendall Marshall, Damian Lillard, or Marquis Teague

    one of these 4 PGS will be available as a replacement for Lowry

    3 PG's one of them will surely fall to the 2nd round, and we can use Minny's second rounder(Johny Flynn trade), or the Clips 2nd rounder that we acquired(Steve Novak trade) and take one of them

    I would do the trade, as Lowry doesn't have the upside of those guys. If Morey thinks that it's a worthwhile move, then I'm all for it. If not, then it probably isn't a good move. In Morey We Trust.

    I would trade Jordan Hill for the #1 pick in the draft.
    And then trade Thabeet for Dwight Howard.
    And then trade TWill for Kobe.

    And before you dismiss my idea, the odds of it happening is roughly the same as the odds of your scenario happening.

    For a top4 pick? Definitely. That's one of Drummond, Davis, Lamb or Barnes.

    Maybe. Depends on who Morey drafts with the pick still. Its not for certain he picks who our top4 is. I dont trust Morey yet.

    Id prefer to keep Lowry who is a known quantity at the NBA level.

    Maybe move Scola/Martin/T-Will if we want to try and move up the draft?

    I would keep Lowry. If we were to ever trade Scola , I certainly wouldn't want him on a lottery team. The dude deserves to be on a contending team.

    I don't know about these guys but ...

    After this whole Lowry lawsuit thing, and maybe because of it, I've been noticing him acting all pissed off, and it seems to be affecting his play. Like when he was all mad at Sam D for missing that pass inside last night, he was all glaring at him and flexing, but that caused him to miss picking up his D assignment, who wound up with a free 10ft jumper. If this is going to continue, I definitely want to see what else is out there.

    If the Rockets keep dropping down the standings.. we will eventually draft a top 4 pick. :eek: At the moment, I will say keep Kyle Lowry!!

    Lowry, Lee, Martin and Scola are likely to leave Rockets if we tank, and we have to encounter a whole year of financial loss...
