As a power forward Simmons would dominate in the pain't. He would be surrounded by shooters.

I 100 percent suck at talent evaluation. But that's ok with me bc I don't evaluate talent for a living and really watch sports as a escape. That's why I just root who we have and discard when they leave lol

I say the way the team has been playing you can put Simmons in the mix next to Wood or Sengun. They could possibly be playoff bound.
Forget about Holmgren and Banchero. Those are maybe babies. Simmons is the next step in this teams evolution.

According to Windhorst, there are multiple execs around the NBA who believe that when the Sixers eventually trade Ben Simmons, at least one of the Kings, Timberwolves, and/or Rockets will be involved, either as Simmons’ destination or as a third team in the deal. As Windhorst explains, those three teams’ front offices are run by executives who previously worked with Daryl Morey.

If i was Windhorst ,I'd be more concerned about doing some cardio to lose 100 lbs asap before i get a widow Maker at age 50 than spending all day eating donuts and wondering where my boyfriend in my dreams Ben Simmons is going to next.

    Makes too much sense.

Simmons starting next to Wood, Mathews, Gordon, Porter would be insanely productive.

Especially with Sengun, Green, Tate leading 2nd unit.

Ditto. I'm hanging in there. Thanks.

Well, it seems congratulations are in order! I was drawing against a made hand. ;) Never in my wildest dreams did I think he'd be out all year...

I wonder where BS ends up. Any ideas?

I'll make sure to honor the fifty to the kitty. Like I said, I was overdue to reup.

I would do 2 firsts, Wall, Wood & Gordon for Simmons/Tobias
    Simmons
    Green
    Tobias
    Sengun
    Chet

KPJ as 6 man of the year. Could be a play in team with the right pieces off the bench!

As I have stated many times before, happy to trade FRPs for BS as long as they are beyond 2025 and heavily protected. Now if you add John Wall my window is still the same, beyond 2025 but I would lower my protections to top 12/2026, top 10/2027, and top 7/2028.

    Not gonna happen.

Some desperate organization just may end up with him. At this point, not only is his glaring weakness evident, his sensitivity and character are absolutely a factor. How many relevant organizations really want to give up much for that. Not many I’d say

Thanks to Benny DM the former GM overplayed his hand. Mr PhillyMore might have a better return for Bill…Simmons.

Man, he will have the shittiest spacing and most clogged paint in the entire league. If anyone thought it was bad in Philly, this would be just downright terrible.

Morey is not trading Simmons unless it’s for a star or an expiring plus several picks

if he wanted a mediocre player and some picks, I think Simmons would’ve been gone long ago

all this “I’d accept a top 40 or top 50 player” from sources…I call bullsh*t

I would not give up 2 1sts for him. He needs a very specific situation to succeed and I don't want to deal with that. If Daryl can't find a way to mask your inefficiencies on the court, then likely no one will. I'm sure a change of scenery will help, but he also needs to change the way he plays. We need a real PG running the offense which he can do, but having a non-shooter on the court is such a giant hole. I also don't think Daryl will trade him for a bargain. Draft picks aren't that valuable to the Sixers right now, they are more interested in winning. If the rockets can get another 1st rounder or 2 for EGO/Wood, etc, then maybe I would be more inclined to take the risk.

I still think Sacramento makes the most sense. They have nothing to lose, they suck and have for a long time. Just getting a recognizable player would be a win for them.
