AD will be in the Lebron/KD tier soon. Of course you do it--as much as I love Harden.

Davis will be the best big man in the NBA soon so yes. He will have the ability to control the game on both ends of the floor. Not many guys can do that. That said, these kind of threads are really pointless. Harden is a stud in his own right and will continue to blossom as well.

Hard to say. Davis seriously has injury problems, and Harden is a clutch player.

But where is the loyalty here? Harden has a chance to be a great player, too!

I can never understand this kind of threads. You know, I know and everyone knows it is not going to happen. New Orlene probably won't do it. We will never do it either. And like someone has pointed out, it does not work capwise.

So what is the point of this thread?

guards more valuable than big men.

    that being said

    I'd do Howard + Parsons + 2nd rounder for Davis + fillers

Indeed. I'm really excited to see how Davis pans out. Not often a player like him comes into the league.

Yes, only because hardens defense keeps getting worse. He has been exposed by the league. His offense is still top 3.

WTH are all those type of ideas from?

Harden is a superstar and Davis is not.

No SG on contending teams can really play at the level of Harden. Other than Dwade, he's head and shoulders over every player he faces nightly. That's an underrated intangible.

Davis will almost definitely be an NBA superstar and will end up coming very close to being an MVP if not getting the award.

20/10/3 53% FG , 27 PER in his second year....

And he is only 20 while harden is 24.

Davis and dwight would be a beastly frontcourt.

The great poster meh said Davis' defense was overrated in another thread. Wanted him to explain.

    Funny

He's great to watch on offense.. shooting, passing, dribbling, driving. He seems to ave the clutch gene. If he'd gotten off a decent shot against MIN instead of turning it over, he likely makes it.

    When was the switch?
    Lol

Two most valuable things you can have in basketball. An elite shot creator and an elite defensive anchor. Anthony Davis could and probably will be both, but he isn't either right now. He also seems to be a bit injury prone although that could be just the Pellies being conservative since they suck anyway.

Thank you! Who is going to score the ball? Davis??

Some of you make me glad yall will never be GMs. Howard and Parsons? Howard and TJ?? Howard is a superstar. Chandler is a borderline all-star. Harden is a superstar.

Davis made the all-star team as a REPLACEMENT. He's injury prone.

It's like you guys want to go back to 2011-2012.
