Would you trade Brooks for Ellis

but i must say,

Ellis = Steve Francis.

 

Not really, very different players IMO.

 

seems liek ellis needs to score to be effective....maybe i havent watched him enough.

 

He's more efficient than Francis ever was, plus he usually takes good shots and doesn't overdribble.

 

i wouldnt do it. i understand brooks a has been inconsistent at times but i love his play. his quickness is unmatched by the majority of point guards. yes elllis averages more points but idk if he would be a good fit, a good hustle player but he would provide offense which we could definitely use but i wldn't do it - and yes i do have brains - i just really enjoy brooks. i think our team is fine, we could use another big man and a scorer.....i think we already have a scorer sitting on the bench...????

I wouldn't. Ellis may be better but I like Brooks attitude and the game he brings to the Rockets. I'd rather have Aaron running my team than Ellis.

and I think Ellis is over paid.

 

It's funny, Lowry is almost like a PG version of Corey Maggette on offense.

 

The man shoots 45.2% for his career, not 50%. He also averages more turnovers than assists and doesn't play any defense. All your talk about how you like guys who move the ball and play within the system, yet you like ballhogs like Maggette. The man's a black hole.

At $10 million/year, he's making more than Ariza and Landry combined. GS is stuck with that contract. I'm sure Morey wants to part of that.
