Before I chose to drop med school for dental school, I spent plenty of time working with him and children. Whether you raise your child with the notion that its a big deal or not, they will still gather information from other resources, such as television, media, friends, strangers, etc... This isnt a situation where it happens and they forget about it. Also, I can guarantee that if you were truly molested as a child, you would grow up with a different perspective on life than you have right now. The kid that accused Jackson...did he really get molested? If he did, there is a chance that he could be psychologically unstable. Sure, he may enjoy being rich, but if he does have mental problems, would that money really be worth it? If your answer to this question is yes, then you are truly desperate for money.
I'm not passing judgment on the Michael Jackson case. I am responding to the hypothetical scenario in the OP, even if it's obviously a spin-off of the Jackson situation.
