I am not even Paul Rudd like so NOPE.... theoretically if I were Bill Gates and I had couple of billion dollars, I'd give a couple millions to my ballclub

There are models and standout women that are far better looking than JLaw.

She is a talented actress though give you that. ;)

You could say this about anything that on an individual level is insignificant, but requires support from the masses.

Religion, politics, music, corporate brands, etc.

I would take the ultimate bro sacrifice for my squad. DOCK MY PAY $0.01/hour for the chip to come to the H!

    You're all welcome

Either is important to reaching total happiness. But the personal success has substantially more value mentally and financially. That said, don't underestimate how much better life is when your team wins, not only for you, but for you marriage, and your children, and life.

I would not trade personal success.

Except that you buying a ticket doesn't impact the team's chance of winning a title, much less guarantee it. So, whatever sacrifice you're making, it isn't so that your team will have success.

That's just talk, though. No one would actually do this.

Umm, no. My success will make the lives of a lot of people in my family and lineage better. A Championship while awesome, would have no direct affect on my livelihood.

He didn't say he'd give up his acting career. He would give up an Oscar. So for most of you guys, that's equivalent to your Employee of the Month at McDonald's.

Every time I see a Josh Smith iso I'm pretty sure I'm shaving off a few hours of remaining years.

Hey, someone in Smith's family sacrificed their personal success to a degree, so that Smith could iso and still have a job in the league.

Don't talk unless you know all the facts

Why would anybody say yes to this?? James Harden, Carlos Correa, or J.J. Watt aren't walking through my door waiting to hand me a massive bag of money after they win a championship. Sure, I'll be excited as hell, and probably even cry tears of joy, but I'm not giving up any of my own personal achievements for my sports teams.
