Beverly is just so active. Getting to loose balls, getting on the glass, getting into the passing lanes.

Doubt Brooks could do all that Patrick brings right now. I get that you want a 3 PG, especially with Harden hurting right now, but Brooks wouldn't be getting many minutes right now.

 

Since Danica Patrick isn't an option, I'll go with Beverely. He must have about four red bulls before each game, and when his shot is falling watch out...

I loved Brooks time here in Houston but with Beverley bringing in hustle, energy, and good decision making off the bench... I don't think it's worth signing Brooks. Only thing that Brooks surely has over Beverley is shooting but Bevs also shown the ability to knock down 3 pters and get in the paint and knock down floaters.

 

If he would set quit as insurance he would be on the Kings; no thanks but best of luck to him.
