Would you rather have a 25 year old Kevin Love w/o Parsons or a 30 year Melo w Parsons? I'd say that would make it about even.
Kevin Love. Hands down. I trust in Morey's ability to draft/trade/find the personnel to fill in whatever gaps are left on the roster if all we're missing is role players. I don't trust that another All-star/Superstar is going to become available and sign with the Rockets them should we pass on a player like Kevin Love. Look at things this way... how many All-star/Superstars become available? How many times do teams strike out? Just look at the Mavs, Knicks, and 20+ other teams. Now how many role players are there in the NBA? Those skill sets can all be had for a reasonable price at one point or another. All stars first, role players later.
