So I know this dude and his wife who are on Medicaid. The thing is, he owns a cash business that easily makes at least $150k a year (unreported, of course). They own two homes, both of which are in his dad's name. He thinks there is nothing wrong with it because he's "paid his taxes before". Ever since I found out about it, I can't even look at him without being pissed that my taxes are paying for his bs health insurance.
Most of the kids from college that got FAFSA definitely weren't completely honest about their income.
Key words bolded. At least they are using that money for college, as opposed to personal gain and tax evasion
Scums like this guy..ruin it for people that really need the care...Medicaid was a government assistance program for people that needed "AID/assistance" during times of being improvished...but just like that one chick that won the lottery and still kept using food stamps...social degenerates do these kinda things, bc they can get away with it and destroy the integrity of a really good program... Now Americans have become a nation of dependents and a society that desperately needs the government to care to our every needs...The Framers never intended on this happening...but it has already happened...and gotten out of control...
You should (obviously) report him. But I know you won't....which makes me wonder why you even started this thread...
I wouldn't do it if it was someone that I otherwise liked. If it was someone I despised, then I'd do it. But only because I am a petty and spiteful person. Not because I feel bad about someone defrauding Medicaid.
then why ask the question? yes, it is your civic duty to report them. quit nairing your balls and do something productive.
150k cash business and has two houses under his dad's name? sounds like a smart guy. if he's a big spender, at least he is giving the economy a boost.
