I would, but my son is costing me that much and more in college tuition, fees, books, dorm room, food money... it is endless! I know most of you are too young to be paying the freight for your kid to go out of state to a top university, that was the only one that didn't offer him a scholarship, but it was where he HAD to go. Argh! We should have simply said no. It was complicated (he was very ill when we said yes in a moment of weakness), and it is amazingly expensive.
The Virgin Galactic version of the tour? No. The Russian version? Including deep space, experience zero g, view of the Earth, Moon, Sun from outer space, the whole package. That, I will be willing to save up for, if it became available for today's value of roughly 100K. It won't happen, so unless I become a multi-millionaire I'll never get to experience it. But to me that is the necessary experience for me to dole out a sizable savings for.
