Would you be happy or sad if the Rockets resemble the Pacers in a couple of years?

    I think it has a lot to do with what type of personality the player has more than anything. Some people are willing to listen, learn and can handle constructive criticism. Other players (namely Michael Jordan) who had successful careers, won't even give someone of lesser pedigree the time of day. I think Charles Barkley actually brought it up a couple times about how Jordan places people he "trusts" (Yes Men) around him. It's either his way or the highway. In a sense, players like Jordan feel entitled to their opinions.
