Would we achieve world peace with nuclear missiles for everyone?

I don't think Deckard or Kojirou are saying though that nukes should only be in US hands and while they might not like I don't think they have a huge problem with Russia, PRC, UK, France or even India having nukes. The problem though is when you have states that are not very stable to begin with having access to the most deadly weapons ever known.

Let me ask you. Would you be fine with a country like Sudan having nukes?
