    Jeff values the success rate a lot.

    With 6 new additions without defensive talents, it is hard for him to succeed in Houston.

    Melo, Ennis, Knight and MCW to play good defense?

    How about offering head coach job to him?

    I dunno but I seriously doubt he would leave the booth for an assistants job. One can dream, though.

    Having a defense coach to assist MDA is nice, but don't forget we still lacks defensive mind players.

    We need to train the new guys how to play defense at the same time we need those who can play D.

    Get Butler and defense issue will be solved.
