Would Curry be a good fit here?

Curry is a center not a PF. Neither Mo or Howard fit into the tough minded frontcourt mould that the Bulls are looking for.
Despite his poor rebounding and defense Curry has quite a lot value because he can score in the low post unlike a lot of players and is young.

Eddy Curry does have some values. A young center who can score in the post is always valuable. However, whoever trades for him will face the dilemma that the Bulls don't want to face: Are you going to resign him next summer, and if so, how much are you willing to pay?

We have Mcgrady and Yao, why trade for potential? Surround Mcgrady and Yao with the likes of Curry, a kid barely out of his teens, no, nuh uh, not gonna do it. ain't gonna happen. They did not draft Yao and trade for Mcgrady so they can start making risky trades for unproven overweight kids with potential. Terrible idea.

We need to face hard facts that we simply don't have many (if any) assets on the trade market for bigger name players. To top that off, Curry is a young big man who can play center, which means there will be several teams wanting him and offering much more than us. His value may be slightly lower since he is a risk (looking for a fat payday soon), but young bigs are like crack and every GM in the league is addicted.

I Don't think Mo has trade value b/c of his contract.
Most likely teams will want J. Howard instead on Mo T. especially Chi-town. That is Howard's hometown.

Actually, I think Mo has MORE trade value than Howard. MoT is much younger with a much shorter contract. Howard is in his early 30's and has a decent size contract running for another four seasons after this one. A team will be having to pay over $7 million to an average PF at age 35. MoT has the better trade value and I think the Rockets will be stuck with Howard on the roster for at least a couple of more seasons until they decide it is time to buy out his contract.
