make this happen....please...I cant go through another season where Yao and Tmac are the only ones that can score. I like head but I'd gladly take the bigger bonzi and just go small at 4.

Seriously, what is the point for this thread? Of course he would! Do we stand a chance in hell of acquiring him? Of course we don't! Why, then, is the question even posed?

Would Steve Nash be a perfect fit with the Rockets?
Would Dwyane Wade be a perfect fit with the Rockets?
Would Ray Allen be a perfect fit with the Rockets?

    Yes. Yes. Yes.

We can go on and on.

You know at first i hated the idea of giving away head but if we could do that deal we would still have our mle to toy with and we could add flip or ariza or stevenson and still have room for ely!

Yes. So what should we do?

But I think KG is even the better fit and I hear he wants out of Minnesota.

My point is if the Rockets had the opportunity to sign any of the players you mention above, I would take Billups over any of them.

Sometimes when the situation is bad you have to dream a little to cheer yourself up....

You cant be serious...if we had any one of the three players he mentioned, we would be serious champ contenders whereas billups just bumps us up a notch from where we are.

^So you would rather have Nash than Billups. Steve Nash is a good player, but no more effective than Billups is on the Pistons. I am partial to Billups because he played on a gritty defensive minded team that played well in the halfcourt offense.
