He wasn´t this bad at Sac-town, but he faced the same problem in Toronto he did over there: he needs shots to get in a groove. Shots he would find to be even scarcer over here than they are in Toronto. Don´t know anything about his defensive abilities. If they exist, that is. I just think that if Toronto was and maybe still is in need of an offensive minded, long range weapon we should send the wizard their way. Maybe even for Corliss. At least he is able to bang in the paint when needed. Just checked it over realgm, and it´s a perfect straight up swap. ------------------ "I have posted so much that what I say must be true" [This message has been edited by Thanos (edited January 13, 2001).] [This message has been edited by Thanos (edited January 13, 2001).] [This message has been edited by Thanos (edited January 13, 2001).]
Can you blame me for wanting to ship the wizard ASAP from here just to make sure that rudy doesn´t start entertaining any thoughts of making him a starter again? ------------------ "I have posted so much that what I say must be true" [This message has been edited by Thanos (edited January 13, 2001).]
The only way the Rockets would have any interest in Williamson is as a cap clearing mechanism since his contract expires this summer. If they were interested in wiping Walt's salary off the cap this summer then they could look into this route. From a basketball standpoint, Williamson makes no sense for practically anyone. He's a tweener that cant guard anyone. Sacramento unloaded him b/c he contributed to their bad defense last yr. ------------------ Check out the Best Source for Draft Info Draftsource.net
