after rewatching it on bluray I have to agree. It's fun and stupid once you get past some of the goofiness. Will never say it's a good movie but it did remind me a lot of the original cartoon.
It was a different predator *grin* Danny Glover's Predator was not as skilled *grin* Rocket River . . . ok so I like Predator II
Worst sequal, meaning compared to the original or just a simply bad movie? T2 is one of the best. T3 was one of the worst I really wouldn't consider trilogy's a sequel. (like matrix, star wars, LOTR, Harry Potter)
I never have been able to sit through it. It is on one of my DVRs collecting digital dust just waiting to be watched.

Not mentioned yet... 2 Fast 2 Furious...couldn't watch but a few minutes it was so terrible. Underworld Evolution...terribly disappointing after a solid 1st film. Transporter 2 ...horrible story. Bad News Bears Go to Japan ...I give Breaking Training a pass since they went to Texas and played in the Dome. Chronicles of Riddick...I actually own this because the 1st scene and the prison planet scenes were excellent. But everything else upon further viewing was total crap. What a shame since Pitch Black was great. Vegas Vacation Bad Boys 2 ...although imo, it was just as terrible as the first.
Rocky III and V... Terminator 3: Rise of the machines... Lethal Weapon 3 and 4... Beverly Hills Cop 3... Son of the mask... Bill and Teds Bogus Journey... Spiderman 3... Batman and Robin... The Exorcist II: the heretic... Tremors sequels... Nightmare on Elm street sequels... The Birds II: Lands end... The Godfather III... Aladdin: The return of Jafar... Psycho sequels... Rambo sequels... etc...etc..
Forgot about Speed 2: Cruise Control. Good call. Yeah, we can't afford Keanu Reeves anymore [red flag #1], so let's toss that whole first movie love story out the window. Spoiler He was too busy returning Chain Reaction's calls: And let's replace him with a guy most famous for playing heroin addicts and the grown, shrunken victims of childhood priest molestations! That'll be sure to make the audience happy! Wait, we can't use a bus again? Too formulaic? I know: let's throw down this b---- on a cruise ship! 'Cause cruise ships are always awesome, right? Right!
I definitely agree with all of them except the GF3. That whole series does not have one ounce of disappointment coming from me.
The problem with picking awful sequels, is that I don't watch stuff thats obvious crap. A lot of sequels don't live up to the hype of a previous installment, but most are at least ok movies. Major League II, the prequel Tremors movie set in the 1800s, and the Exorcist sequels/prequels are pretty bad. A lot of Horror sequels haven't been very good. Worst I've seen goes to the Tremors prequel, assuming that counts.
