Webber, Roy Jones Jr., A.I., (didn't Kobe do one) etc. (many already listed) Any white rappers who rip the obvious Vanilla Ice thinking that they will gain some cred (ie) 3rd Bass Marky Mark & Snow. Children who rap/act, wear their clothes backward or anyone who makes you jump. Old rappers on the downslide with new albums that have "special guests" who take up 90% of the Album. Sell-outs: Cyprus Hill, Nas, Masta Ace, P didle didle -I'll be missing you etc. Overly Gangsta Female rappers-- Missdemeanor (she should be a felony) Queen Latifa (nice talk show) Pink (her and L. Kravitz have killed the NBA) Most R&B (Rap & Bullshiet) "artists

I think its a foregone conclusion that because Dre is behind all these songs that he can't rap. If you believe this you don't understand rap music. Khia is horrrrrrrible. I HATE her rhymes Lil Kim isn't much better. Ja Rule and Nelly ruined their careers by getting mixed up with Pop music. Jay-Z cannot flow at all. Bubba Sparxxx was horrid. I just don't get Master P, everyone else loves him, I don't get it. Big Pun - I just didn't like his voice, I heard he was dead, I don't know if its true but if it is Im not going to rag on the dead. Snoop without Dre or Nate Dogg or a good backup. Fred Durst Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer I could think of more.

Um. Dre can't rap because he CAN'T RAP. And I understand rap music pretty well. His slow ass style is just played out. That's why anything good of his needs someone else accompanying nowadays. His battling skills are weak too. A while ago this man had lyrical beef with Easy E and 2-Pac and routinely got tore up. He hasn't learned sh*t since then. Listen to "What You Say," his dis on Jermaine Dupri. As a battle spit, it sucks. Hell, Eminem's repeating refrain is better than Dre's actual rhymes. That's sad.
Project Pat from 666 mafia is the worst rapper I've ever heard. Lil'Flip isnt that good either. Anybody that's heard "Reasonable Doubt" will tell you Jay-Z is nowhere near the worst rapper out there.
