Remember back in the day when McDonald's had that promotion for the dream team and they had collector cups of the Dream Teamers? I used to have the Pippen one and thought he was so awesome, my things changed quickly 4 years later...

    Couldnt agree more. Fck 33!!

Interesting topic....shane battier has my vote...most overrated player ever...

statistically laetner was a decent player. At his prime he was an 18 and 9 player. People just love to laugh at him cause he was the token white guy on a team with Jordan, Barkley and Magic..

Raef lafrentz also had decent stats at 13 and 8 so my vote goes to shane flopping battier

Yeah too bad they only had one white guy instead of guys like Mullin, Bird and Stockton.

Laettner got picked because there was an anti-Shaq backlash at the time (despite him being far and away the best player at the time and the most logical pick in 92 to backup Ewing/Robinson). The whole "plays the right way! "bull**** era began to take hold in media and the DaDakota program became sentient.

Really? He's a badass in international rules and holds the single game scoring record for an American(37)....he destroys the intl 3 point shot.

    So.....no.

I actually had to look up Jay Williams to jog my memory.

Raef I remembered just because his name is very memorable.

I voted for Jay Williams FWIW. I get that he only had one year and could have been a Chauncey bill ups style late bloomer- but he sucked that year and could have easily been the next Chris Duhon

How is Jay Williams not getting more votes? He won a championship at Duke and then played one ho hum season in Chicago before ending his career.

The thunder probably wish Collison could be as good as Lafrentz used to be.

An old Antonio Davis on that 2002 team as well.

Any wonder why a team of Nick Collison, Raef LaFrentz, Davis and Jay Williams ended up finishing in 6th place?
